How does the residential trash bin cleaning service work?
Ardent Eco Wash cleaning service comes to your neighborhood once each month, on one of your regularly scheduled trash collection days. There is no need for you to be at home. Just leave the scheduled trash bins curbside after trash collection and
our automated eco-wash system will clean, deodorize and sanitize the trash bins right at your curb.
Your sanitize bins will be tagged with an indicator (colored tape) to confirm your service has been completed.

Do I have to pre-pay for the entire year?
You are billed on a quarterly basis for one year subscription for all of our wash packages except the "One Time Shine" cleaning. If you prefer to pre-pay for the full year, you will receive a our annual discounted rate. If you would prefer to pay on a month to month you will be billed for a One-Time Shine rate each month, with no obligation to continue service.
If I sign up, when will you clean my trash bins?
Our trash bin cleaning service comes to your neighborhood once each month, on your regularly scheduled trash collection day. An information package will be emailed to you, which includes the date of your service and an annual calendar. To avoid this email going to your Junk Folder, add info@ardentecowash.com to your contact list, friend list or address book. We also provide a courtesy reminder call or email the day before your scheduled service. If you cannot wait until the next scheduled route for your neighborhood, call or email us and we will provide a quote.
Do I have to sign up all of my trash bins?
No. You can sign up one or as many as you would like. All pricing is per trash bin. This is also true after a one time trash cleaning

Do you provide a one-time trash bin cleaning service?
Yes, the cost is slightly higher because trash bins that are not regularly cleaned will require more time to sanitize.
Please note: Our technicians will try their very best to get your trash bins clean. However, there is no guarantee all the grime and buildup will be removed with a one time cleaning. The age, cleaning history, or excess build up in your bins could require more than a one time cleaning to see the optimal effects of our service. For this reason we do offer a month to month payment option exclusively to our one-time customers. After the one-time clean you can elect to continue the service each month, based on "One-Time Shine" rate, with no obligation to continue service.

Can I alternate or rotate bins each cleaning cycle?
Unfortunately this cannot be accommodated, as each container that have been registered and only trash bins that have a scheduled service will be cleaned. Annual subscriptions customers can add the occasional bin for $10/bin/cleaning by notifying us prior to the service date.
What are the service terms, late fees and cancellation agreements associated with my service subscription?
Terms and Conditions
All wash packages are based on a one (1) year service agreement with the exception of the One-Time Shine. However, each package subscription will be billed on a quarterly basis; with billing cycles every 3 months totaling 4 billing cycles for the year. With the exception of the Summer Exclusive and Semi-Annual agreements which is quarterly for a total of 2 billing cycles.
Service Schedule:
Please be advised AEW operates on a rotating schedule dictated by your waste management schedule, holidays, service areas, and schedule compatibility. AEW reserves the right to change your service day within the allotted 4-5 weeks a specific service month, with advance notice. This should be expected throughout the term of your service agreement.
Notice of Cancellation:
We require a 30 day written notice via email of intent to cancel prior to next billing cycle. There will be NO PRORATION of billing cycle and you will not be entitled to a refund if service is cancelled during a billing cycle. You will remain responsible for all charges, fees, and applicable taxes through the end of the billing cycle (including period between the notice of termination and the current billing cycle). All cancellation notices should be emailed to sales@ardentecowash.com. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee applied to any annual subscriptions cancelled before end of term.
Late Fees
To avoid late fees and service interruptions payments must be received by the due date. All past due balances will be assessed a 10% late fee of the unpaid balance if not received by the due date. This 10% late fee will be charged monthly on the unpaid balance for each month of the current billing cycle until payment is received full. There will be no proration of billing and you will not be entitled to a refund if service is cancelled during a billing cycle. You will remain responsible for all charges, fees, and applicable taxes through the end of the billing cycle (including the period between the notice of termination and the current billing cycle)
Pay In Full Customers
Refunds are not issued for cancellation of service, except for relocation out of our service area. If you relocate to a neighborhood that is not in our service area, you may gift the remaining service to anyone within our service area or request a refund for the remaining service minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.
This provision will not apply if it is contrary to a current franchise agreement, municipal contract, or other written contract applicable to this account or otherwise prohibited by law. Ardent Eco Wash reserves the right to change services related fees associated with, but not limited, to the following: cancellation notices, late fees, early termination fees etc. For commercial accounts, please refer to your service agreement for cancellation terms.

What if my HOA will not allow my bins out past a certain time on trash collection day? There are two possible solutions to this problem:
- You can leave your trash bins up by the garage, the side of the house, or anywhere where we can reasonably have access to them without needing to walk inside an enclosure. We will return them to that same spot when we finish our work. We will only go behind a gate if you give us authorization to do so.
- In addition, you can give us the contact information to the HOA Board and/or Manager and we will discuss the situation with them to see if we might be able to come up with a solution that can make allowance for a possible exception during “Ardent Eco Wash can service same day”. Many HOA’s work with us once they understand the health and aesthetic benefits to the community. We have negotiated with HOAs to serve their entire community at discounted rates.
What if my trash bins have trash in them the day of scheduled cleaning?
We would prefer the trash bins to be empty. Our technician will remove 1 to 2 bags of trash, clean your trash bins, and then place the bags back inside when done. We reserve the right not to provide service if there is:
If there are more than two bags of trash, excessive loose trash, hazardous waste or building materials, please notify us prior to 8 a.m. and we will skip the cleaning that day and credit your account. However, we cannot credit your account if you do not notify us before 8:00 a.m. As part of our quality program, if the technician cannot service a trash bin for any reason, he will take pictures showing why the trash bin was not cleaned and leave you a notice indicating the reason.
- Un bagged trash – including excessive loose trash, yard clippings, diapers or animal waste.
- Hazardous waste – including chemicals, paint, glue, or other adhesives.
- Building materials – including plaster, stucco, or concrete.

What if I am away and cannot have my empty trash bins available to you on my service day?
Simply call or email us in advance of your cleaning day and we will credit you for that month, skip your cleaning, and see you the following month. Unfortunately, if you do not notify us and we go to provide the service, your account can not be credited.
What if I forget when my scheduled cleaning day is or lose my cleaning schedule?
No problem, if you email us at info@ardentecowash.com we will send you out a new schedule. It is your responsibility to have your trash bins out for cleaning. We do provide a service reminder the day before as a courtesy. It is an automated system with no guarantees. Just notify us if you are not receiving the reminder or would like to change / add a phone or email notification. Since the reminder is a courtesy and it is your responsibility to have the trash bins available for cleaning, if we go to provide the service and your trash bins are not available, your account cannot be credited.
What if your truck does not show up on my scheduled cleaning day?
If this were to happen, we would notify you as soon as possible and we would give you a credit for that month as well as try and reschedule at a later day. If this is not possible, we would be back on schedule the following month.
How will I know when my trash bins have been cleaned and it is okay to bring them inside?
You bin will be taped shut with blue tap on the lid of your serviced trash bin.
If my trash bins are not available for servicing, will I receive credit for the missed cleaning?
Yes, if you notify us prior to 8 a.m. the day of service your account will be credited for the missed cleaning. If you do not notify us and we go to provide the service we cannot credit your account. Instead of cleaning your trash bins the driver’s time is spent taking pictures and documenting why the trash bins are not being cleaned and leaving you a notice.
If my trash bins are not available for servicing, can I expect the driver to knock on my door?
It is your responsibility to have your trash bin available for servicing. Please do not rely on the driver to knock on your door.

How does a dumpster cleaning service work?
Ardent Eco Wash cleaning service comes to your place of business on one of your regularly scheduled collection days. Ensure that the dumpsters are available after garbage/recycling collection and the truck with automated eco wash system will clean, deodorize and sanitize the dumpster right at your curb.
How often should my dumpsters be cleaned?
Our local environmental services recommend every two weeks to stay on top of the foul smell and bacteria; however, you can have Ardent Eco Wash clean them monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, summer, semi-annually, or annually depending on your own comfort levels and budget. The majority of our customers opt for monthly cleanings, but you can choose the frequency that’s right for you.
My dumpster was just cleaned, but it is still rusty. Why is that?
Our cleaning process uses the best eco-friendly degreaser in the industry. By using this, we can ensure that your dumpster is the cleanest possible, but we cannot roll back the clock. All exposed metal gets rusty overtime.

Do you clean the area around my dumspter(s)?
Yes, the dumpster pad cleaning is a service that can be combined with your dumpster cleaning. While your dumpster is lifted by our automated eco wash system, our technicians have the ability to clean the entire dumpster pad with our commercial surface cleaner. We require that all exposed and accessible debris around the sides and behind the dumpster is cleared away prior to your scheduled cleaning day. Any unaccessible debris that is under your dumpster will be swept and bagged up by our technicians and placed in the dumpster after the cleaning.
My dumpster is behind a fence with lock or other form of security. What do I need to do to ensure my dumpster gets cleaned?
We understand the need for security of your dumpsters. From graffiti to opportunist dumpers, you would want to protect your image. In this case, we would prefer that someone on the premise has the key/code or can provide the key/code upon arrival. If that is not possible, we can talk about other arrangements.
After the disposal company has collected all of the waste, can I put more garbage in there before you arrive that day?
Excessive trash in the dumpster interferes with our technician’s ability to clean your dumpster. Because of this, we ask that you leave the garbage bags next to the dumpster. When we are done cleaning the dumpster and dumpster pad, we will place those in the dumpster.
How will I know when my dumpster has been cleaned?
The cleaned dumpster will smell fresh! The appearance of the dumpster (rust, paint, etc) may not be significantly improved, but the bin will be sanitized and deodorized.
Do you offer a one-time dumpster cleaning service?
Yes. The cost is slightly higher because trash and recycling bins which are not being cleaned regularly will take much longer and more water/cleaning agent to clean.

You are billed on an annual basis depending on how many dumpsters are being serviced (1-2 dumpsters). If you prefer to pay monthly, this option is available after a one time cleaning. The option for net term invoicing are available for bulk subscription plans only.
